There's something in your mix that you can't hear, can't feel, and probably don't know is there. It's eating your headroom, triggering your limiter prematurely, and making your mix quieter than it should be. It's called sub-bass rumble, and it lives below 30 Hz.
Sub-bass rumble is low-frequency energy below 30 Hz. It comes from:
Human hearing extends theoretically to 20 Hz, but practically, most people can't hear below 30-40 Hz. Studio monitors rarely reproduce below 35 Hz accurately. Headphones and earbuds can't reproduce below 40 Hz.
So you have energy in your mix that no one can hear but that still counts toward your peak level. It's invisible headroom theft.
Put a high-pass filter at 28-30 Hz on every channel except your kick and bass. Use a gentle slope (12 dB/octave) to avoid phase issues.
For kick and bass, use a steeper filter (24 dB/octave) at 20 Hz — this removes DC offset and extreme sub-bass while preserving the audible low end.

The tool also reports true peak — if your true peak is near 0 dBTP but your mix doesn't sound loud, sub-bass rumble is a likely culprit.
Here's a quick test: Put a high-pass filter at 30 Hz on your master bus. Bypass it and compare. If the mix gets louder or punchier with the filter engaged, you had sub-bass rumble eating your headroom.
