MixDiagnose (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Audio Files: When you upload a mix for analysis, we temporarily store the audio file on our servers. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Usage Data: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data such as IP addresses.
Contact Information: If you join our email list, we collect your email address solely for product updates and launch announcements.
Audio files are used solely for analysis and generating mix recommendations. We do not sell, license, or share your audio with third parties. Processed files (e.g., fixed versions) are stored only until you download them, then purged automatically.
We do not use tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Uploaded audio and processed results are retained for a maximum of 7 days, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since files are session-based and auto-delete within 7 days, manual deletion is typically not necessary.
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
