Agreement

By accessing or using MixDiagnose (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MixDiagnose provides AI-powered audio analysis and mix enhancement tools. You upload audio files, we analyze them, and we provide recommendations and optionally processed audio files. We do not guarantee that processed audio will meet any specific commercial, broadcast, or distribution standard.

Acceptable Use

• You may only upload audio files you own or have permission to process.
• You may not upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Service.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our analysis models or algorithms.

Accounts and Payment

When we introduce paid tiers, subscriptions will be billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures attributable to our systems.

Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of your original audio and the processed output. We claim no rights to your music. We retain all rights to our software, algorithms, trademarks, and service infrastructure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT AUDIO WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK RELATED TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIXDIAGNOSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
