What counts as an "analysis"?
One uploaded track, fully analyzed: loudness, EQ balance, stereo width, dynamics, and genre detection. Each analysis includes the complete diagnostic report with spectrogram and frequency plot.
What's an "auto-fix"?
When the engine detects a problem (e.g., bass 5 dB too hot), it can apply a corrective EQ filter to your uploaded audio and give you a downloadable processed file. Free tier gets 1 fix per month; Producer and Pro get unlimited.
Do I need to pick a genre to get recommendations?
No. MixDiagnose uses flat, universal balance criteria that apply to every mix equally. Genre is detected and shown as context, but it never shifts the thresholds or changes what counts as a problem.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page at any time. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no lock-in. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What formats can I upload?
WAV, MP3, FLAC, M4A, and AAC. Non-WAV files are automatically converted via ffmpeg for analysis. Export format depends on your tier.
Is my audio private?
Yes. Files are processed on upload and not stored permanently. Sessions are identified by UUID — no account required for the free tier. See our Privacy Policy.
